Job Description
Responsible for the full operational management of a remote workforce camp, ensuring all facilities, catering, safety, and administrative functions are running to Prime Support standards. Acts as the primary on-site authority and client interface.Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of camp or facility management experience in oil & gas or industrial environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage multi-discipline teams.
- Proficiency in HSE regulations and ability to enforce compliance at site level.
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification in management, engineering, or hospitality.
